Rule 5
Rashtradeep Manapadavi

(1) Rashtradeep honorary title may be awarded to Nepali citizens or foreign citizens who have made significant contributions to the national and international fields from their respective fields for the glory, growth, welfare and upliftment of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the classification of honors will be as follows:-
(a) First Class – Great Bright Rashtradeep.
(b) Second Class – Ujjwal Kirtimaya Rashtradeep.
(c) Third Class – Sukirtimaya Rashtradeep.
(d) 4th category – Kirtimaya Rashtradeep.
(e) Fifth category – Rashtradeep.
(3) The details and measurements of the mandan, initials and plaques of honors as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix One Schedule-3.
